23 year patient, infected by a registered nurse whom has since passed. worked 12 years with it until the early meds burned out the nerves in my feet. I'm on my third cocktail of meds and stable for the moment. I lost the love of my life two years ago, and have tried dating again this year. of course then there is the talk that you have to deal with. still open to a relationship, but not really looking for it to happen when I'm now pushing 60
