6pm • Only ate once today: 5 teriyaki chicken wings ((flats)) with a side of celery sticks and croutons with sweet tea and water. I feel a lot better, I suddenly am able to only sat once a day but I'm sauce it's because I wake up so late. But then my stress kicks in and I don't eat all day.
Let me ask you one thing, how do you handle not eating?
@nicekiwi due to me always feeling sick and anxious which isbr so healthy, it causes my appetite to just disappear I’ve been comfort/binge eating all my life, other than the stress naturally my mind weaned off of eating large portions. I dint like eating just once a day (I’m sorry if that all sounds confusing)
