A lot of people don't understand the you can have social anx

A lot of people don't understand the you can have social anxiety and still be an extrovert. My social anxiety blossomed as a branch from my panic disorder and agoraphobia, but my Myers-Briggs is actually ENFP. For those of you who don't know I live in a large shared house with a lot of other people, but I spend most of my time in my room because of my panic attacks. But every time I have a positive social interaction with a housemate, it really invigorates me. It's sad being an extrovert with anxiety. Because you crave social interaction, but it frequently gives you panic attacks.

I can completely understand, it's sp hard to want to be social and be stopped by your anxiety

@AllisonH0099 Thanks. I was able to have a nice long conversation with one of my housemates earlier and I came out of it with this shot of energy, which is what prompted this post.
