Ok, so I'm only on day 4 of being binge free. But I just want to say thanks so much to this site for helping me so far. Through your help and advice and me offering advice to others I am coming to realise that it is not just an ED that I'm battling with but depression, social anxiety and some major self doubt and self-hate.
And it is a good thing that it is coming to a front. I was feeling very lost in it, and now it seems a lot clearer to me. I realise everyday is different and I'll have my ups and downs, and I will battle with this a lot more.
But I'm feeling so much more optimistic about my future though, I'm actually applying to go back to college and start a new career, I'm actually thinking about the future instead of remaining "stuck".
So through the rain there is a hint of a rainbow. Thank you so much...
Moongal: Congratulations on your progress! And yes, this site has helped so many people! But we all help each other, and you have provided tremendous support to others on here as well
That's what this sisterhood (and the few "brothers" we have on here as well) is all about!

u have my admiration for your courageous start of a long journey, not only do u show determination but have actually set off to do it
im sure that when u get to the finishing post as i no u will, many will have walked the path with u spured on by your revalations of the other side,
