Accountability to this group: My personal goal is to plan all meals/snack for the day and to try to follow that plan as close to possible. I'm doing this to establish a healthy routine for my eating. Yesterday, peanut butter cookies found their way into my abode and besides eating too many of them, I did other non planned eating. The result, I failed to eat my evening meal and planned snack. It's been frustrating for me as I tend to eat on impulse and this is ruining best laid plans. I'm going to have to find an alternate strategy to slow down such eating. The struggle goes on.
