Life is becoming unbearable to cope i need a real friend, since i lost my left arm through accident. friends have left me and i am left alone wit no support

I so sorry.. I know how it feel to have know one at all.... Even down to your own child, witch he is not a child anymore.. I don't know if people know how they hurt you are they just don't care....
