alot makes me panic. How do you live like this? You people dealing with this are strong
It's been a while since I had a panic attack, but I used to get anxious a lot. The first and probably most important thing I had to learn was not to get anxious about having another panic attack. If you can get yourself to deal with a panic attack the same way as you deal with a headache, life will get easier because you know it will pass and it won't really do you any lasting harm.
The next thing to learn is how to find some calm in the ocean of chaos. That's where I find meditation really helps, but it's not for everybody and it is not a quick fix. Taking life moment by moment, noticing the good things that are happening and being grateful for them, and letting go of "storylines" where one thought leads to another, which leads to another, and so on - all these things help.
Things CAN get better. Work on it! Good luck.
