Already freaking out

So Thanksgiving is at my family's house this year and I'm already freaking out. First of all I'm a vegetarian but I know they're going to force turkey on me. ''then I just don't know how to handle all the food and not freaking out over dinner when we're going to have a bunch of family there.
Does anybody have ways that they deal with this kind of thing?
I'm trying to recover but to me it's too much of a jump right now. I know it's in a couple of weeks but I'm already freaking out.
I could really use some advice to calm my nerves and hekp me on Thanksgiving.

Do they know about your eating disorder? If they do, you might be able to talk to them about packing your own dinner and bringing it with you. I know it's not ideal, but sometimes it can be a good stepping stone. And if they *don't* know, you might try the same thing with the excuse of being vegetarian. Bring yourself some tofurky! ;-)
