am sort of addicted to music.......for an upcomin' exam i deleted all songs from my phone...coz i've a habit of listenin' to them while solvin' questions and that is the only possible reason that i've a slow speed of solvin' questions (due to which i couldn't crack previous exam).........prob is that after every few min. my ears want it ( its just lyk alcohol to some drunkard).........any suggestion to get rid of it ??
Instrumental music
Gentle classical, ambient, atmospheric, study.....typing those kind of words along with the word music, into YouTube, might get you something that works for both needs
Why do you need music at all. What's wrong with the golden sound of silence?
I get pretty lost in music too haha. I usually take out a lot of colour pens to write down everything I should know on a paper, even if I can't concentrate in silence. I keep writing and writing using different colour pens to keep myself focused and attracted to the paper. I think thinking about which colour is suitable for which topic and what makes it important helps me get concentrated to study in silence. That's how I forcefully go into the study mode without music I guess. Btw, good luck exam, just do your best.
Maybe you should try experimenting with different genres of music, hows everything been anyways? :)
the last time I gave a maths paper was 2 years ago Cambridge advanced maths and I thought I had literally f***** up my paper . I was depressed and afraid that I might get black listed . That the examiner might just look at my paper and say who allowed this f***tArd to sit in this paper lols. I ended up getting an A .
That was the last time I ever looked at a maths book let alone open it . I still remember there was a question in which we had to draw a graph and I didn't know what the graph meant so I just drew a straight line . There was a probability question I just put some numerical values in them . Lols and I'm surprised till date how I got an A
Stupid question. Why do us americans call it math and you "obviously foreign to the proper american way of doing things" call it maths? lol
@anniecastiel I think it’s just environment and preference really occasionally ill say “Math”.
