another bad day killed in the kitchen... this time I made rosewater cake with tapioca pudding and blueberry jello (all home made )
@natalia81 Wow, your cake looked delicous! I am a terrible baker, but good cook. You have to posted your receipe, I never heard of this cake, tapioca pudding and blueberry jello. The inside of the cake looked so yummy!
@Irma - i made the recepie by addapting a french one. cake - 5 egg whites whipped with 1 cup of sugar add the 5 egg yolks and beat hard after each one, add 1 cup of flower mixed with 1/2 cup of coccoa and 1/2 of tablespoon of flower raissing agent. If you like you can add vanilla essence or rose water, orange blossom, rum. Bake at 350F for 15 minuts.
make sirup from 2 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar. cover the cooled cake with the sirup.
Filling- 4 cups of milk and 1 cup of tapioca flower and 1 cup of sugar mix togheter and boil untill hard. leave to cool. add 1/2 stick of softened butter mix until you get the smooth cream. add over the cake. leave to cool.
You can cover with chocolate or jello
