Thanks . I have a horrible lonely life . Depressed at the moment . Doctor was not much help . Not sure what she could do any way.

I was like that for awhile i didn’t realize but taking an extra AD has done great. Keep telling your doctor and keep trying. You will get there.
I hear you. We all go through with ups and downs - negativity doesn’t last forever, it can be defeated when you learn to embrace the suffering and pain, until you’ve reached the end of the road of peace. Take it easy on yourself - it will pass…

Im feeling better had to go of xtra med cause of bad side effects. Going under artificial light everyday will have to be good enough
