Anybody i can talk to please . I really need someone right now . I was admitted in the hospital day before yesterday because I had a severe asthma attack . And the worse part I don't know why my room mate found me struggling to breath funny . She did apologize today but still. This asthma is really beginning to get on my nerves . Its like life is taking away my right to breath also . I was on a nebulizer . On top of all I am just struggling today . I feel like im just about to panic and through everything but the kitchen sink .

My heart cries for you... I know what it's like. Even in this day and age Asthma kills like 5 people a day in the USA, but it doesn't have to be. It sound like your Asthma is sever and you need to talk to a Specialist in Asthma to get you on Additional medication. Unfortunately the world does not seem to have a lot of respect for Asthma.... But you should tell people it's like trying to breath, for a long time through a straw.... Best wishes... Try to stay positive... Hugs

@wellwellwell the doctors said that I should use steroids that it will have side effects but’s it’s my only option . You are right I guess about the asthma not being taken serious . I have met very few people who have actually consider me sick more just think im an attention seeker

Steroids is the way to go on severe Asthma, I have been using a Steriod Inhaler for about 10 Years... It is pretty much under control for me. I feel great. It's just that inhaler is so expensive like $230 without medical coverage. I luckily have medical coverage so I am okay. The steroid pills are cheap... like 10 bucks but since it is really only for your lungs...it traveling through your entire body means side effects... Best Wishes Hugs

@wellwellwell I hope it workst

Hey, you don't deserve what your going through :( a family friend has asthma but he's doing a lot better now, I'll see if i can speak to him more about his meds maybe it might help you. Unfortunately i don't go through it myself but asthma shouldn't be taken lightly regardless. Hope your feeling a lot better now :)

@Paul256 thank you. I am feeling a little better then yesterday
