Anyone else stayed with their cheater and still gets terrible triggers like 1 year plus out? My husband checks out women in front of me (blantantly) and denies it. Makes me livid and breaks my heart all over again

Do you say anything to him when he does that? If he checks out other women and you say nothing that's not good. He might be trying to get your attention or get back at you for something. Definitely talk to him about it if you haven't. That's pretty messed up that he does that for whatever the reason is.
The just looking doesn't bother me. It is how obvious he is being about it( doing a double take to look again) and not admitting it, that really bothers me. I look at attractive men but I do it subtly.
You need to keep communicating to him how much that hurts you when he does that. Also pay attention to yourself and how much you are willing to take. Keep yourself healthy. If he is not putting the appropriate effort (he is the one who cheated), then it may be time to leave.
Funny, I have one woman that is my dream girl, physically anyway. I only check her out, I say it all the time, and she has an affair. Very hard. Ironically, the only time my wife has ever said anything to me about checking other woman out was during her affair. I seldom do but sometime if she sees a very attractive (older as we are in our 50s) she will point it out. During her affair last summer we were on vacation in Italy and I looked at this well dressed older woman. My wife went ballistic, she called me a rubber necker, pervert...I was completely caught off guard. I stated that I thought she would have noticed and apologized profusely. At the time I felt awful, as it meant nothing and I certainly found my wife 100 times more attractive, I told her that. When I found out about the affair I brought this up with her, she apologized and remembered being really upset with me...so ironic.

My wife has the same problem. But when women check e out She wants to fight and I don't even know them. I have her explicitly fliriting with 5 guys in 1 year. She goes to get grey out her hair twice a month and never wears her rings even changed her name n Facebook and locked me cause I caught her. When she gets back from this lol vacation , she takes about 1 every 2 months, I got some papers for her. And with all the evidence against her, my lawyer says the judge will make her pay for after 22 years and keeps acting the same way since I caught her. Yes its been a year but it won't be 2!!!
