Anyone else struggling with basic tasks and household chores?
Yea. I procrastinate a lot, especially when Im feeling sad. I go into a freeze mode. But it can help, to set a 5 minute timer, to do that thing for just 5 minutes as fast as you can. Even if it's getting up to wash 3 plates. And then rewarding yourself, with something like a nice tea.

Great idea @Doodle1234, lists are good too, since they are visual and when you do a task you get to cross it off, very satisfying.

I know, but I’m to emotionally exhausted to even make a list and bake the decision to start doing chores or cooking/ baking
Eating lunch is a good thing to add on the list
