Anyone wanna be my Weight Loss BUddie?

kumar - welcome to our group! it is very hard to stay motivated and do it alone, which is why we are all here to support one another in a healthy way. I am all about healthy weight loss and making changes that will last versus the quick fix. I hope you had a chance to read some posts on what we are doing to get fit. Right now my plan is eat everything in moderation, and mixing up workouts between running and home dvd’s that i do every other day. Once you get started it feels good and you want to keep doing. Let us know how you are doing!

Hi, would realy love to join ths group. Am a yoyo dieter. I lose weight then i gain it back. I know what am supposed to do and eat to lose weight but dont get to do it and at the end of the day am gaining and frustrated. I need motivation and support and i believe i wil be on the road to healthy life style.

I've already lost 50 lbs heres a few little tips. try to limit yourself to three fruit servings a day, it's healthy but SO much sugar! eat a LOT of Protein, but healthy lean stuff! Skinless grilled chicken! Eat LOTS of veggies, I do four servings a day. Drink all your water and don't forget a vitamin! Oh and those nuts have too much fat. Yes it's good and so on and so forth, but it doesn't make you LOSE it makes you maintain! Also GOOD exercise! At LEAST 30 mins EVERYDAY! GOOD LUCK GIRLS!
