I was trying to compile a list of things that may be helpful for me to do routine-wise.

Hi Caroline.....this is a very critical part of a 'relapse prevention' plan! Some people will identify 'red flags' and 'green flags', meaning things that they are better off staying away from, and things (people, situations, etc.) that are helpful for them.
