As I see it, almost all my problematic personality traits come down to narcissism, which arose out of my early childhood wounds. (Other words I use include being judgmental, entitled, arrogant, self-centered, prideful, etc.)

Muleybowser, those qualities are "narcissistic" traits to be sure, but everyone has them to some extent and they don't necessarily mean you have Narcissistic Personality Disorder. The hallmarks of being a narcissist in that sense are a complete lack of empathy, and the inability to feel regret, remorse, guilt or shame. If you feel any true remorse when you behave with arrogance, pride, and selfishness, then you aren't a narcissist. Which is good news, because it means you have the power to be a better person!
