At moments peace, it feels like freedom, like I can do anything, no restrictions. It only lasts so long until the fighting begins once again. There's a breech and an attack is plotted, I don't know where but I'm prepared to counter attack. Your worst enemy is yourself.. It's much harder to deal with an issue when you've lost your very own self into this war.

@YouKnowIt it’s terrible because you feel lost and alone. I take deep breathes in and out to correct the thought and clear my mind for that brief time
