At the end of 2018 I started losing weight the first time in four years. All of 2019 I did a lot of fasting and went down 25 pounds. Then in 2020 I started going back up a little bit. 2021 I went back down. 2022 I went back up. So here I am in 2023 and I’m about 185 and I’m not happy at all. I’m still camping in my van for another 13 days. Once I get in my apartment I’m going to focus on fasting again because that is the only way I’ve ever lost weight. Getting back to 175 where I was a year and a half ago is my first goal.

Hi there, yep, it is a constant struggle to find how to maintain your healthy weight, I am just trying to add more weights into my exercise and that seems to be helping. I am more about how I look rather than the number on a scale though. Hugs.

@CKBlossom that is one of the best things in my opinion because we need to keep muscle strength!
I am with you on the number now.
Not going to weight myself for a long time.
I can tell by the way I look and feel in clothes.
And I will measure waist!
