HI! im here to give all of you hope to loose the weight we have all been trying to get rid of!
i went to my chiropractor for past injuries and he told me in a lump sum, that i need to loose weight. well, this is what he told me!
1)drink half my weight in ounces of water a day! that was 6 bottles of water a day for me! so hard to do but think about the way youll look and feel in the long run, and it goes down easier.
2) eat a fruit or veggie before every meal! so before breakfast, eat a fruit. the natural sugars will give you the energy to make it till lunch. at lunch, eat another fruit before your lunch, to make it so you fill up more on the fruit than w.e else you may be eating. eat a veggie at dinner and then fill yourself with delishes pot roast or lasagna or spaghetti, or even pizza! it doesnt really matter what you eat as long as you eat your fruit or veggie before.
3) walk for 10-15 mins everyday. you can walk more if you like, but i normally would just walk around my block(its a really big block) and come back home.
and thats it! if you wish to do additional excersizes, then go for it, just remember if your only working once art of your body (i.e. arms, legs, torso) then make sure ou skip every other day or else you will just over work your muscles and it wont do anything. but walking is good for everyday lol
for example, i do 12 sit ups one day, the next i do 12 push ups, and the next i do 12 squats. and so far my progress is amazing! i hope this works for you guys. GOOD LUCK AND MUCH LOVE!
