I don't know if the cause of my pain is bad posture, or if I have bad posture because of my back pain...
The first seems more plausible.
I've looked up heaps of sites about posture. They explain why you need to have a good posture and the consequences of having a bad posture, but not one has showed me how to have a good posture or what a good posture looks like. They have stretches that you should do (which I already do at dance), but really I just need to look at a diagram or something that shows the difference.
So does anyone know a website I can go to or something, because I can't be bothered going to a doctor to ask for a 'picture' :P
