I've been overwhelmed with stress as of late, thus feeling super anxiety ridden to the point where I frighteningly started having severe shortness of breath. Along with this, I spend far too much time alone and thus get depressed because of it. After a long work week, I was beyond exhausted, though committed to an eve out with friends. All that I wanted to do was curl up on my sofa for yet another lonely night in, as stress and anxiety had gotten the better of me.
Well, it took a lot of self convincing. I turned on peppy music, took a long shower, and tried to change my energy. Once I stepped out and saw my friends it felt like a wave of happiness came over me, all of my stress, anxiety, depression and loneliness melted away. Last night was so therapeutic and was just what I needed.
Next time you are feeling resistant to getting out, push through it and get yourself out there....it does wonders.

I am so sorry to hear of your stress. You should really take care of yourself hun, remember health is number one, so mediation, meeting with friends, any kind of self soothing techniques that can help, please do them, nothing is worth comprimising health.
How are you feeling now? try and remember, even though I know you run a business, which can be so stressful that you are only one person and can only do so much. Would you ever think of hiring someone new to take the edge off?

Thank you so much Moongal for your concern and for caring, it truly means so much to me. I am feeling a lot better after a weekend with a good healthy mix of work and play. I made sure that I was very go with the flow, didn't put any pressures on myself and surrounded myself with great positive people. It truly made so much of a difference. I am going to enter this week with as mellow of an attitude as possible.
