makes me salads so i dont feel bad,
we've finally been getting on recently after the years of tough 'recovery'
then i found her yesterday
swapping my yoghurt for this 10% fat one
i dont know who long she's been doing it, or to what i else she does it to
im so angry and upset i cant even.. AHHHHHH
i have been doing so well, why would she ruin it like this
OUCH!! I do not blame you one bit for being upset with her. I bet she didn't do it to hurt you though. There will definitely be a trust issue there now!
Wow! It sounds like your Mother has some serious issues of her own, and it's sad that you are suffering due to it. I suggest that you take charge of all of your food, and tell her that she has no business preparing your food. I don't know your age or anything else, but no matter what, this is definitely a huge trust issue, and likely even more serious, in terms of your Mother's problems. Take care....Jan ♥
