Binged again last night twice in one week this is getting worse :(

That's frustrating. I'm doing pretty well on my program to end binge eating. Could you use a coach/mutual support?

NO way. I have binged for everyday for a month.you shouldnt beat yourself up now. Start writing in a journal what triggers your urges, time of your meals, your feelings afterwards and try to plan activities around the time you binge most to keep you occupied.Dont give up and dont get depressed either, dont even say you are getting worse because your words are a powerful thing and they can really influence your progress .Keep a positive mindset because after all we are battling against our minds .Remember just because you binged today doesnt mean you are going to do it tomorrow and try to eat steadily throughout the rest of today , if you don't then your urges to binge will be quite strong the next day.

I need all the help i can get please!!!!! I hate myself right now and am very disappointed! I started off so well and i lost it at the end of the day! I hate ny body and the way it looks. Im already having binge thoughts and ive literally just got up! Today is going to be another bad day i can see!! :(

@Twinkle123_32 ok u need to go running or if not stay home n do a workout video right now that will definitely keep you busy. Stay far from the kitchen and if its really bad call a friend i know its really early but you sound like you need someone to talk to in order to keep your mind off of food and to help you through this

I cant really talk to anyone about this! Im so embarressed! I have a young daughter so popping out for a run is not that easy due to childcare! I do have plans to do a workout dvd today tho im not feeling very motivated right now!

@Twinkle123_32 ok well you can watch some B.E.D videos online and really tune into howtheir stories and struggles it may help you to learn things about yourself and it may help you to gain the motivation you need for today and keep drinking tons of water and fruit if you have any.And you should write down how you feel and keep a journal of your eating habits.

Ok i will msg you now, i was using record recovery but kind of stopped when i went on hol as had little control of my eating. Will start it up again today
