Bought some cooked rice noodles with vegetables at a deli today. Thought I was eating healthy but the noodles had an unquestionable sweetness to them which meant sugar. I ate the meal and felt a bit discouraged. But it was unintentional and I didn't want to throw the food away so I am still considering it a successful Day 3. Won't get fooled by that particular dish again.

Sounds successful to me!! For me, starting out had an adjustment period where I learned more and more about foods, ingredients and nutrition. Am starting all that over again.

@laurajean Yes, As we all know, sugar is often a hidden and unexpected ingredient that we often won’t notice unless we’re really paying attention. Which is what I’m now doing! Best wishes on the sugar-free journey!
