It is one of the toughest but most rewarding journeys one takes......you need patience and compassion and perseverance......but you become a better person, filled with empathy, giving pause to what really matters, treasuring special moments, seeing the power of love and kindness and how it heals. You get to help someone live out their last chapters with dignity while being loved and supported. You change for the better and you are able to love in a deeper way. You become the hero that doesn't get in the media but is still on the list of the greatest heroes ever! Blessings!
