Oh, it really is! It's all about sharing the joy and happiness with your friends and family. Though, I really try to keep that spirit and attitude up post holidays as I believe that it's so great for ones health and well-being. I am really trying to play the game of mind over matter...if I believe that things are great, then I will really start to implement and feel that. As well, I believe that positivity attract positivity. I am going to try to keep this going and I hope that you are able to do so as well.

I totally agree with that, it's so much easier to allow the negativity to consume you and take over you, but once it does, it's a slippery slope. That's why I really work hard to nip it in the bud immediately and focus on positive things in my life and positive things to come.
