I find the early stages of dating to be a bit tough, and I most especially find the communication or lack thereof to be a bit frustrating at times. So, I've been doing some research for my own peace of mind, and thought to share this article with you;
"Do you have good communication in your dating relationship? In the end communication is what makes or breaks a relationship. Having trouble communicating with your relationship or loved one can cause terrible outcomes.
You need to know what to expect from your dating relationship.
There's nothing more essential than communication in a date. You always need to know the needs and desires of your date and how these things affect your life. Just make sure you don't get angry with your date if he or she does not fulfill any needs that you haven't told them. They aren't mind readers. You to tell your date what you need them to do. If you fail to communicate with your date properly, it will end horribly.
Unfortunately, communication is something that most relationships lack and many breakups could have been prevented if communication was more evident. If there is no communication, how can either of you expect to please the other?
So how can you build the communication within your relationship? If you're in a relationship already, and communication is a problem, start by admitting that problem. After this you can begin to repair your relationship. Start by saying simple things that you want throughout the day. Don't leave your partner guessing. Tell them exactly what you want, and even more importantly, make sure you listen to what they are saying. It's a lot easier than you think.
Communicating with your date is not about whether or not you should go out to eat, or perhaps see a movie. While discussing what you should do out is definitely a good way to communicate with each other, you need to make sure that your relationship has much more communication in more important areas. How are you feeling during the date? How is your date feeling? You needed to be able to trust each other. If there is no trust there is no relationship. Thankfully, starting out small with new communication habits can build up to great things. Just make sure your date always knows what you want and don't leave them guessing. This can end up with both parties angry!"
