Currently having a MAJOR outbreak, clusters, and all, and I was just wondering what yall use to wash.. as far as body washes.. thanks

I'm having my first, but from what I've read, just sticking to water is best. Salt baths are good too. But soaps are too harsh for what all is going on down there.
