Day 19 – I did not weigh myself today. After my weigh in where my weight went up I lost focus and struggled to regroup. I couldn’t have that happen again so I waiting to weigh in on Friday. Nutrition was 1,280 calories. Treat for dinner was salmon and catfish on the grill and fresh blueberries. I did not exercise today. Intermittent Fasting (IF) eating hours were from 12:00- 7:30 (6-hour time frame is my goal). I’ve been getting plenty of quality sleep from the CBD and THC I have been trying.
Just a reminder. Weight fluctuates and this journey has no straight line. Be proud of yourself for trying,keep going and speak kindly to yourself because you're always listening. ;-))
@LollyNews Thank you for the reminder. Very frustrating, but I think I got over the hump and am back on track.
