Day one for dealing with my food urges. My goal is to immediately record any emotional food urge into the comments section of my food/beverage consumption journal. I then will look at my prepared list of alternative behaviors to eating, choose one idea and carry it out. Once successfully through the urge, I'm to celebrate and report my success on this site.
