Does anybody have any tips on how to eat when you really, really don't want to? Haven't eaten in three days, my last proper meal was four or five days ago, my stomach keeps growling, it really hurts, and I'm incredibly dizzy and unwell. I was able to ignore it til now, but now that it feels like I HAVE to eat, I'm starting to panic and it feels even more impossible. I have thrown up in the past after forcing myself to eat, but I also know how bad off I'll be if I don't eat. Does anybody have any ideas?
What's your comfort food. My comfort food is Ramen.
@Fifty97 it differs. Sometimes, I have the same comfort food for months or weeks, but when I’m stuck in a phase where everything is disgusting, comfort food doesn’t work either. Just the thought of chewing and swallowing makes me want to puke.
And yes, Ramen is amazing. I just really overate on that. xD Still works sometimes though.
