Does anyone have any tips to help me get to sleep before 2:30 am and i've tried melatonin and it don't work

I'm severe Insomniac and I started cutting my caffeine at least 4-5 hours before bed. And the melatonin, I just took a higher dose

How about some white noise in the back round? A fan or you can get soothing sounds apps. You could also look for apps about meditation. I have not tried the meditation app, but I hear they are really good. Hope that maybe helps some.
