does it make sense that 2 year old burns itch like hell and 6 month old burns are still painful to touch?!?! even if a breeze blows on it, it hurts!!!

The nerves in the skin may be causing itching and pain long after an injury. Speaking to a pain management physician or other MD you trust is a good start. It does make sense, seek help from professionals. Good luck.

I see. Well at least you can know that the itching and burning make sense. I have those problems from nerve damage. Maybe there are people who know what you can do yourself that might help.
