So here I sit as the sun goes down. I always get more jittery and sad as the sun sets. The day was not a bad one. I have just felt blah. Not up, not down. It is almost as if I am not feeling. Yet, my brain will not stop racing which causes everything else to race. What I would give to just slow down.

Meditation!!!! Yoga or any other form of meditation that focuses on breathing is good for slowing the heart and mind. Not for everyone but will work.
