Fake it tell Ya make it only works so long and I'm tired of acting.... Friends and family say they want me to let them but when I do everyone gets hurt and I get ackward looks and silences along with being told "I wish I never knew that"... So I shut them out and wear my masks... They they get shocked and upset I ended up spending the night in the ER

So how can you change the outcome, what would help, be honest, because not being honest isn't helping anyone here!
