Fat all my fat is on my belly. I look 9 months pregnant im 14 n a half stone im 5ft 2ins now have diabetes type 2. Finding dieting hard i do exercise i walk......help
You are off to a great start! Walking is one of the best exercises you can do. Its usually safe exercise at any weight and you can increase the level of activity in many safe ways. Adding more time walked, more distance, using hand weights, using leg weights, pace walking, the possibilities are endless. It all starts with that first step, so keep going and the weight will come off. Walking is great for slimming the core and lower body. So add a healthy eating plan to it and you should have no trouble seeing some great changes. I'm a walker too, so "happy walking!" :-)
