Feeling depressed, sad, irritable....Trying to find humor in things is difficult. It's just one of those rough days for me.
Does getting outside or watching something funny help?
Getting outside helps sometimes. i try to go for a walk everyother day, even if it's just for 15 minutes. But at the same time, my home is my comfort zone....So i'm quick to come back home and feel safe. Watching some funny videos helps lighten my mood but it doesnt last very long.
@Ferris Take it 1 day at a time. Find something that you enjoy doing. Always set goals for yourself. Maybe reach out to a family member or friend.
