Feeling rejected again from SSDI, as I'm still homeless and have been not getting my mail regularly due to not having a stable place. Daily managing my stress & anxiety over this, seriously. My Mental Health Therapist is expecting me to have a list written, of what I'm grateful for: her suggestion. A bit of a struggle, to get myself to write down more then basic things. Ugh! Including being able to move, yet unable to do Standard type of work. Calgon!
