Feeling very down on myself. This weekend was hard, several stress points with my wife, our relationship, Minor ones with my parents. Overall I feel so drained and not ready to fight for the day. But have to get back to work, act like nothing is wrong in my life.
Maybe you just need a day or afternoon in a park with a dog, or just reading a book. Clear your mind a bit? With some neutral things. I feel like if you're constantly dealing with someone else's emotions it all gets a bit much. Time away from them all will help them process stuff too.
