Feeling very stressed & run down. Got a combination of anxiety, pain, & fatigue here, & not been takin' care of self like I need to in multiple ways. Cycle very hard to break.

Maybe start small, go to bed a little earlier, add in more fruits or veggies in soups or smoothies. Drink some herbal tea before bed. Go on a walk in the morning or evening. Drink lots of water. Little steps are just fine :)

@CKBlossom. Thanx. Little steps is all it can B rite now!! Have really torn my body & mind up thru O-C behaviors/choices, & letting self get off of meds/sleep cycle! N repair mode now; trying to bring self back to balance, but have less energy & more pain… problems seem more complex, harder 2 deal with, & angry @ myself/ more depressed.
