I went back to counting calories yesterday. It has been a while- I lost 130 lbs and have regained about 85 of it by reverting to binging and reducing my exercise. So at the end of the day i was over 5000 calories in by binging on healthy choices. I don't always know how to resist that tingling urge to consume until i am full up to my ribcage!

I think it is important to train yourself to think of food as fuel, not an activity. Limit large quanties of food and make most of your meals plant based as you can eat a large quantity and not overdo as far as calories.
