Food, diet, and stuff

I don’t know if this is a weird question, but is it better for people like us with ADHD to eat when we feel like eating, or to establish an actual eating schedule for breakfast lunch and dinner and whatever else

For the past two years I think, I’ve never really had much of a schedule regarding eating. School always helped me with a consistent eating schedule I suppose, a consistent schedule in general really, but now I just kinda eat, sleep, drink, whatever whenever I feel I need it

With eating, sometimes I avoid it, either because burnout keeps me from cooking, or nothing seems interesting enough to eat

Sleeping and drinking are another thing, but I kinda suck at consistency there too. Probably doesn’t help staying up playing Oblivion

But anyway, what might be better?
Also, I want to mention, I find myself struggling with establishing new habits, also a consistency problem

I would say to do what fits in around life . Some nights I am to fatigued to eat other times I am going out a at dinner time so its a case of when I am home close to that time. I bring a snack in my bag

Ahh, okay. That sounds a bit like what I’m doing already. At least I think

That does sound good tho, I think I’ll try to keep up with it
