For those of you that are on diet-binge cycles. I found out that I binge less with each week because I'm slowly increasing my carb intake. I add 10 grams to my total each week and I binge less and less. Just a suggestion, maybe you could try it!

Nice! Makes sense from a counter point of view.

Yeah, and I added a few cardio sessions too. Nothing too drastic, just an hour walk or a bike ride. It helps too!!
