My house is set to auction in two months, I'm trying to short sale, but the whole process is draining. I defaulted on payments due to being diagnosed with Bipolar II and b/c of skyrocketing medical bills and unemployment. I think I will be able to find a place to go that will accept my dogs, but showing the house and looking for a house coupled with my depression is ridiculously frustrating and wearing. Anyone else have similar problems?
All my strengths are with you. There are alot of short sales around my neighborhood & one in particular was my 18yr. olds best friends house, I was prepared to take him in so he could finish out school & his family decided he would go live w/his grandma for a while that lives down the street from me, I'm prepared to take in renters if I have too, we're all in unsure times & need to group for there are strengths in numbers huh.
