Found out yesterday I have hsv2. I feel really emotional and have so many worries and questions.

Is soap and hot water good enough to wast your hands? I'm so worried I'll get it on my face.
I had my first ob but it doesn't look as bad as any of the pictures online. Is the first one the worst?
Can you spread it by reusing a towel or touching a surface?
