Fri Aug 25, I gave myself a 49%. I started the day with walking and brkfst, work. Realized I was allowing myself to drift through the day avoiding feeling s of disappointment with continuing to binge and purge nightly. Drove straight home to b/p. Had light dinner and slept. Awoke 2am and read my chaining exercises, reviewed how to identify cognitive distortions while eating cherries. Didn't stop. 2nd b/p. Not a happy camper. Today is a new day.
