Also, I have 6 medical appointments to make for next year (including surgery yay!). I’m meeting with a job coach to help me find a new job too.
I need to remember to take it slow this time. I have a lot to do and it will take awhile for the right thing to happen for me. I don’t know why I feel like I have to do stuff fast.
In a way my goals keep me grounded.
It’s just hard being alive sometimes.
I could not do this after going through with 2017. I love the fact that you wrote in down and took a picture of your writing. I am understanding that everything is coming up to a DeadEnd. I only hope that all the youtube videos will help me. You reminded me that i have to sleep outside tonight.
Updates: almost got half of my appointments done.
I did most of my therapy exercises. I missed some days though.
My focus now is square (box) breathing.
Maybe I should focus more on gratitude as well.
