good for you! im gonna have a workout day here, though speed walking, burpees and pushups

When i was 18 i was able to do
3 sets of 100 push ups
50 pull ups
Run 6.18 one mile
Run 12.48 two miles
Run 4 miles in 30 minutes
Today, i have a hard time with 30 push ups because of my back. I don't use it as an excuse because i can repair it. All i have to do is focus on that area alone

@NormalFreak101 that’s pretty good. I have to be careful due to a shoulder injury and bad knees
