Hey everyone I had a very good day to day, I got to see the dogs at the rescue today that I volunteer at and I haven't gotten to see them in like a month. The dogs make me so happy and it was just so nice to see the dogs. I always post when I have bad days which I do need support on those days but I thought I would post about my good day and I decided to post it in all of my support groups. I have felt pretty happy all day, I just feel pretty good, and I haven't felt this good in a long time, and again I thought I would post this and share my good day with all of you. Also I am hoping that posting this will help it continue on to tommorrow. Tommorrow I am going to observe a jazzercise exercise class to see if I like it or not. And I am also checking into, zumba, kick boxing and self defense. I am just so happy, I like feeling happy I wish I would feel this happy for often at the same time though it's kinda weird feeling this happy cuz it's just not to often I feel this happy. Have anyone heard of laughing yoga I am thinking about going, I love to laugh and it's good for you to laugh I think it will make me happy. I am not sure if I understand exactly what it is but I think I am going to go and try it out.
